What you’ll build
- Core reporting, case, and intelligence product features.
- Systems for narratives, structured data, multimedia, and the edge cases that come with them.
- Workflows shaped with detectives, officers, and agency staff.
- New tools for case triage, investigative search, and automated workflows.
You will help set engineering practices and make technical decisions across the product, backend, and infrastructure.
What you’ll bring
- Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.
- Production experience with LLMs, voice and chat, embeddings, vector databases, or applied machine learning.
- Ability to work across the stack and take a feature through to production.
- A product mindset grounded in clear interfaces and user needs.
